The Cato Institute's figure of $123,00 was the total compensation package which included worker benefits plus actual salary.

Where did you get your figure for average salary, question 6? The CATO institute, etc put out a figure that the average salary was approximately $105,000 which has made a lot of headlines. Your number seems more reasonable.
