Unwilling to admit he lost. Unwilling to admit she has more votes even after the contested ones are removed. Unwilling to see that he is a hypocrite.

Typical lawyer - take more time and money from the taxpayers to prove something that doesn't need proving.

Concede - congratulate Murkowski on her victory, and then he can pursue his supposed quest for fine-tuning the election system in his spare time.

PS - Palin doesn't even sway those in her home state. Miller was her candidate - beaten by a write-in. Maybe she can go hunting with Miller and shoot some ducks or something....on TV. Oh boy - great minds together on one TV screen....
