The egregious behavior of the 'Gentleman from New York" Representative Charley Rangel leaves a lot to be desired! Pleading with the ethics committee NOT to call him corrupt would be blatantly funny if it wasn't so sick! Rep. Rangel operated from his office with wild abandonment! No thought given to ethics or the people he was intimidating with the misuse of his office stationary." Paying taxes is for little people" is what Ms. Helmsley said a few years ago when asked about her tax evasion. She inherited a hotel chain and operated it with reckless abandon ! She also spent time in jail, only after her judge heard THAT statement! With this debacle in mind I feel all candidates for office in Washington should be required to attend the Charley Randel's college and passing all the courses on ethics should be the prerequisite for office. Rep. Rangel would NOT be allowed to be within 1,000 feet of the students. The leaders of the other countries have got to be more then just concerned, and are probably laughing at the buffoons we have put in office, to lead our country. Terrible news like this is fodder for propaganda for the very regimes that want to bury us! Thanks for the memories Rep. Rangel, or dare I say, the nightmares!
