Christine O’Donnell: I’ll Make Money Attacking GOP

Unless you are a millionaire, supporting the GOP is not in your best interests. Most don't even realize that 40% of the stimulus bill was to give tax cuts for the middle class and small businesses. Remember, this current economic mess that we are in is a direct result of 8 years of Bush/GOP giving tax cuts to the rich (at the expense of record deficits, deregulation, and 2 wars.

The GOP is anti-education as they don't want people to think for themselves. The dems aren't much better, but at least they pretend to give a darn about the middle class.

What is insane is the comments made here. It is an illogical belief that the Tea Party people are insane because they are tired of Rhino Republicans. Many people have still not figured out 2008. Many in the media and politics thought McCain and the Republicans lost because the country had turned moderate and that unless Republicans moved left they would be "left out." That was not what happened. Real conservatives knew that McCain is not one. It was all we could do to vote for the man. Many Conservatives didn't. There was no enthusiasm for McCain because we knew he would betray our principles "reaching across the Isle." Republicans don't have new life because they have moved left but because they have been forced to the right. When the people in this country figured out what "change" meant they did not like it.

O'Dennell may have her faults but I'll take her over that sniveling Obama any day. I'll take her over those smooth politicians who betray the public trust by voting for budgets that that require 37 cents to be borrowed out every dollar that is spent. Talk about insanity!

This gal is horrible - living off campaign funds and lying about her education. She's not fooling anyone, that her intentions are anything but selfish and that she is unqualified for the office that she seeks. Just like Palin.

High maintenance nitwits like O'Donnell and Palin are the worst thing since the Black Plague, and these two pea-brained rats are as contagious to the dimwitted as they get packaged as some messianic solution ready-made for People Magazine and the supermarket tabloids.

That is why words are cheap and only the uneducated or the one without street smart will buy into it.

Palin and Beck are part of the solution. That's not to say that every "right winger" has it figured out. O'Reilly, Hannity and others that support these foreign wars are wrong on that issue. The federal government is bankrupt RIGHT NOW. But of course central governments don't "go bankrupt" the same way that individuals or even states do. Because central governments have something they don't. Printing presses. Look for the next "bubble". We had the stock market bubble in early 2000...we just went throught the real estate bubble. The next, and biggest bubble will be the currency bubble. Inflation is coming. Many people don't believe that because right now prices seem pretty stable. But inflation is coming. Big time.

"Two top GOP insiders told the Huffington Post that O'Donnell -- frustrated that the Republicans aren't supporting her -- made the statement at a strategy meeting last week."

Quislings like these 'insiders' are why the GOP is either going to be remolded by Tea Party Conservatives, or become extinct.

Freedom is definitely not free. The Tea Party is predominately RINO hunting. We're not going away after the next election either.

We want our country back and our our inalienable rights restored as freedom-loving citizens under the U.S. Consitution.

Government exists to serve The People, not the other way around!

John Campbell of OR 3:40PM October 15, 2010

All these Repubs whom the Tea Party is endorsing are only using the Tea Party to repackage themselves to improve their chances of winning the midterms. As soon as they are elected, they'll go right back to being mainstream Republicans.

Manic Drummer of WI 2:37PM October 15, 2010

People like the Palins, O'Donnells, Becks, etc. are making money off the idiots that are paying, they don't really care about going to Washington. Its so obvious, but clever and a good money making scheme for their personal gain.

AVERY WOOD of VA 1:41PM October 15, 2010

So what is the surprise. She is now part of the Palin, Limbaugh, Beck, Coulter "feed the angry mob" to make money club. She doesn't need to win as she has raised an absurd amount of money and will now buy her way into the FOX News, bash liberals and moderate republicans machine. Why hold office and actually be responsible for doing something. Much easier to be a movie or art critic than actually direct a movie or paint a picture. For any group to put Christine O'donnell up as anything other than a very very sad individual is beyond belief.

JRook of NJ 11:12AM October 15, 2010

Christine O'Donnell belongs in an institution --- but that institution shouldnt be the US Senate. Any local mental institution would suit her just fine.

Amazingly, people are still sending her money, with no idea what she's using it for. Tea Party logic at its best. This woman is the sad by-product of populism gone bad, the 'tea party' assault on truthful discourse in policy debate. (See: http://www.facebook.com/TeaPartyCognitiveDistortion )
