I'm back. Yep, game still the same.
And so is Kelly Ayotte's, apparently it is permissible for someone to forge my name to a mortgage when I was a title insurance producer in NH because Kelly Ayotte ignored it, just as she ignored the warning signs for the largest consumer fraud in NH History, the FRM Ponzi scam. Those of you who want to trash talk me keep on going with it, I don't really care. I just stick to the facts, thank you.

Kelly Ayotte loves the patriot act and can't stop voting pro-patriot act. She is not in touch with the 'Libertarian/Conservative" New Hampshire minded people.

Too bad NH dropped the felony extortion charge against the disbarred "lawyer."
Read about Mr King's antics on the State of Ohio Supreme Court website and how he was suspended indefinitely. He was briefly employed as an "assistant attorney general" (very junior staff lawyer) which lead to his suspension, his fleeing the state, fleeing from his fines, etc. He is not a lawyer. He has continued to misrepresent himself as an attorney and "civil rights activist" . He was indicted by Ms Ayotte when she was the NHAG for practicing law withot a license in NH and was ordered to cease doing so in NH or any other state. He was also indicted for extortion by NHAG Ayotte. This is a personal vendetta that Mr. King has launched against Ms. Ayotte just as he does anyone else who dares to disagree with him or attempts to hold him accountable for his actions.
Fact: All charges were DISMISSED and the idiot police chief Martin Dunn was FIRED and his idiot prosecutor Bill Albrecht was run out under an ethics investigation. I was never ordered to cease anything other than the temporary order that Ayotte got ex parte behind my back. Ayotte then violated the rules of NH Civil Procedure in her rabid attempts to get me for writing a simple demand letter as NAACP Legal Chair (you don't have to be a licensed attorney for this, the NAACP has attorneys on retainer to commence the actual lawsuit, duh) after Jaffrey PD stuck 3 loaded guns and a body cavity search to Willie Toney for LOITERING, so let's get all the pertinent facts up here shall we.....

Some facts they got wrong.
Kelly Ayotte is an establishment pick (McCain, etc) and NOT the pick of the grassroots.
Ovide Lamontagne was NOT backed by the tea party but had this election stolen from him by CONSERVATIVE groups who are now on the blacklist in NH.
Kelly was put in by vindictive NHRTL and NHFC people who trashed Ovide.
Kelly is a MODERATE at best, who is a modern woman and is NOT 100% pro-life so she really snookered those groups.
She only won by 1600 votes and Palin made a huge mistake.
Ayotte supported Sonya Sotomayor, hardly prolife or conservative.
Ayotte never prosecuted voter fraud, scads of it, that was presented to her while working for the liberal John Lynch, a governor who raised taxes 100 times and gave us a $800 M deficit.

Get Real of NH.....Kingcast is a suspended attorney from Ohio who lost his license to practice law in 1998 for ethics violations. It was determined by the panel of Ohio Supreme Court Judges who heard the merits of the case that he was unfit to represent anyone in a court of law. Mr. King did not follow the courts recommendations, instaed he brought suit against the Supreme Court justices who made the ruling to suspend his license to pactice law. He is curently in Contempt of Court in this case and owes ove $30,000.00 in fines and penalties.

He was employed by the NH NAACP who terminated his employment, after they discovered he had misrepresented himself to them.
Mr. King was employed by the American Tower Corp in MA who teminated his employment. They also filed a case in US District Court in Boston and were granted a gag order aganst Mr. King.
Mr. King was employed by Touch 106.1 in Boston, they too severed their relationship with Mr. King and he subsequently set up another blog for the sole purpose of harassing and defaming the owner of the radio station.
Mr. King has threatened to sexually assault several forum members wives in the Franconia topix forums, and has threatened several forum members with physical violence as well
Mr. King has been stalking and harassing private citizens online for the last 4 years. One person is currently obtaining a restraining order in US District Court. The person is also seeking to have criminal charges brought against Mr. King aka KingCast for stalking and haassment via a telecommunicative device.

So your evidence to damn her is how she didn't defend Liko Kenny leading an office of the law on a car chase, then he shot the office, then he backed over the now defenseless, half dead officer with his car. Good guy to build your argument around!

I have a Judgment against her for another RSA-91A violation in her Franconia shooting coverup.

And remember Vericomm/MBF Leasing scam that many Attorney Generals were fighting? The Class Action FRAUD case in New York continues watch the video and read the Decision in Pludeman v. Northern Leasing Systems, 2008 NY Slip Op 04183 (2008). The class was certified on 24 April 2009, 2009 NY Slip Op 51290U read the comments. But Kelly Ayotte ignored my complaint on that, of course.
