Yes, Fred, I remember this Sodom and Gomorrah story... this is where god clearly shows us that instead of having a gay orgy we are supposed to offer our virgin daughters over to the men of the village to be gang raped. You obviously have a very good point here.

Yep, the Shadow's right, also bolstered by the book: The Male Brain. Problem is, their orientation is, biologically speaking a dead end. Most heteros don't fear folks with the G/L (Gay/Lesbian) disorder, they feel sorry that they can't relate to the other half of the human race physicallly.It's closer to being a defect than a lifestyle, and it sure ain't equal.

Don't think repuibs are doing this out of the goodness of their stone cold heart.
First there is the movie Outrage,which details so many republicans in high places who are secretly gay, and at the same time leaders of the demonization of gay people. Try Sen Craig, Rep foley, the head of the hate group Narth who took a gay escort with him to Africa to "carry his baggage"
And there is a group on capital hill which is going to out all these people. So teh republicans, seeing disaster on the wall, are trying to head this off.
But if the repubs gain control, expect the core base of the party to again hate gays. These people are from the same culture that gave us slavery, the KKK and segregation. They always need someone to hate to sell their corrupt brand of love.
And the old hate the blacks hasn't gone away with these people. Their worst nightmare realized , the election of a black President, they are besides themselves in spitting vitriol and lies at Pr. Obama.
Because if he succeeds, these evil people will be shown for what they are, And America will move forward.

For those of you claiming homosexuality is a "lifestyle", that is a false and ignorant statement. Homosexuality is not a choice. Just like you don't choose the color of your skin, you cannot choose whom you are sexually attracted to. If you can, sorry, but you are not heterosexual, you are bi-sexual. Virtually all major psychological and medical experts agree that sexual orientation is NOT a choice. Most gay people will tell you its not a choice. Common sense will tell you its not a choice. While science is relatively new to studying homosexuality, studies tend to indicate that its biological.
