"I didn't know he had it." That sentence certainly proves you don't Mr Sharpton.
I suspect Rev Al is just whining because his crowd was smaller than Beck's.

Mr. Sharpton why did you even have to mention anything about what was going on with Glenn Beck and the Restoring Honor rally. By doing so you desecrated the memory of Dr. King. (Same on you.)

i al every heard mlk speach all he wanted for blacks and whites to let there children together live without racis look at where a man is standing on that those steps that was his dream if childern cant read and tell their mothers to help them because they go to same school has whites and the same jobs look at the white house so i say to rev all you need to do more praying and you need more prays god help you what do thak martin king jr i bet his smiling from heaven

Everyone see big 'Al" for what he is, better yet for what he never will be, a sincere, honest, human being.
Al (much like Jesse Jackson) is always playing the race card. That's all he knows how to do, after all, it has proven to be financially rewarding for him. Granted, not as rewarding as it has been for Charlie Rangel.
These slick politicians are sickening to the average person. They are career maggots in the snake pit of Washington D.C. The flames of Hades is waiting for each and everyone of them.

Can you believe on the anni of the dream speech Beck is getting all the publicity for his rally and completely over shadowing, not the anni of the speech, but Al Sharpton who is livid. If the Rev. is what he claims he sould be endorsing Beck's rally as have many minoritys including many from the King family. Big Al is just a joke that hasn't done anything except exploit MLK's legacy.

All Sharpton is doing like always trying to stir up trouble. He is along with a hand full of other black leaders are trying to make this racist without success. Just be cause it is the anni. of MLK's speech doesn't mean everyone has to stay out of Washington on this weekend eccept blacks. Al has explointed MLKS dream more than anyone for his own advancement. If MLK was alive I have no doubt we would have never heard of Big Al.

Am wondering why Alveda King's name was not mentioned in this article?
She is the daughter of Rev. AD. King and the niece of Rev. Martin Luther King JR.
and is a speaker and participant Day of Honor in Beck's rally.
