Thank you Maxine Waters, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Gregory Meeks and a host of others. Either you are extremely incompetent or you had ulterior motives for your words & actions – or both.

Se and hear why Maxine and so many others need to be drained from the swamp. You will see and hear them in their own words.

She acted to help a MASSACHUSETTS bank.

Last that I knew, she was elected by CALIFORNIA.

She get involved in "black" issues all across America while California falls into ruin.

Having observed Maxine Waters' political profile over time, it seems to me she carries a heavy load of resentment and perhaps even hate. Her past clouds her judgement.

On the one hand, she is an advocate for those in society who are truly exploited, and she is to be commended for that. On the other hand, she lacks understanding in choosing her methods and friends. Her sycophantic admiration for Fidel Castro, the Cuban despot, says it all.

I would not want to be under her jurisdiction should a totalitarian regime take control of our lives.

And, while I do not bemoan her for trying to help her husband and a constituent entity, it can't hurt to cap her power and help her gain some humility at this time.

It is called the House Of Representatives because the people elected to that office are there to represent the interests of their constituents.

Maxine Waters acted on behalf of her constituents to help a Black owned bank that was in desperate need of assistance. She helped a bank that helped her constituents. She represented her constituents interests. She responded to a need for a business that served her community to get access to the Federal Government. That is what elected officials are supposed to do. They are supposed to represent their districts, their constituents and the businesses that are in those districts.

Maybe she should be fined if it is proved that she personally gained from proving assistance to this bank. But that has not been proven yet. All that has been stated is that she arranged for a meeting of an organization that represented more then 60 minority banks with a Federal agency. One of those banks her husband owned stock in, but the meeting was arranged for the organization, not that specific bank.

The facts as presented in this case are far from clear that Maxine Waters did any thing other then what she was elected to do.

SHE REPRESENTED HER DISTRICT IN CONGRESS AND PRESSED FOR HELP FOR HER CONSTITUENTS.

She did her job and is now being persecuted for it.

The title says it all.

She is hostile to America and looks at politics as a self enriching game.

She symbolizes all that is wrong with urban politics today.

In a just world she would have been imprisoned decades ago, instead she's in Congress.

It's truly a reflection of the community that elects her and makes her its hero.

It is difficult one - seems suspicious behavior, but where do you draw the line of position and influence. OneUnited needed an advocate. According to Kitty Filde "OneUnited Bank was in trouble long before Maxine Waters picked up a phone to call the Treasury Department. Regulators looked at its books two years ago and issued an order to clean up its act. That order criticizes its lending portfolio and executive compensation." (http://www.scpr.org/news/2010/08/16/oneunited-wasnt-only-bank-hurt-collapse-fannie-mae/).

If the larger financial institutions benefited from TARP, why not OneUntied?
