Rod Blagojevich Is Campaign Distraction for Illinois Dems

Blago is still pretty popular with many in Illinois, especially seniors. Politicians may be corrupt in Illinois, but at least they make an attempt to spread it around to the little people, unlike the feds who only practice cronyism with rich contributors and Wall St. and remunerate themselves to the point of piggishness. The federal government is becoming the enemy of the people, what with the spending, illegal monitoring, refusing to enforce immigration laws, etc., so since the enemy of my enemy is my friend, I'm not surprised that the corrupt federal government is having trouble convicting the less corrupt populist ex-governor of Illinois.
