Is it legal? If the Obama Administration violates the Constitution by interfering with the dealings of private citizens and the Attorney General of the United States is a political crony, what recourse do citizens have?

Bypassing the system might as well be Hugo Chavez. Wants who he wants when he wants bypasses proceedures. This is not that hope and change or transparency he talked about.
Just another politian doing what he wants no matter how the country feels. Thats hopefully his last apointment cant wait for 2012. Oh what a relief it is
