All campaigns that raise or spend $5,000 must report their earnings to the Federal Election Commission. House and Senate campaign committees must file quarterly reports with the FEC and the Secretary of the Senate, respectively. National Party Committees must file monthly reports. Presidential campaign committees, Political Action Committees, and state, district, and local party committees can file quarterly or monthly.
