If asked, most people would say that Muslim extremists are our greatest danger.

I would disagree, as I am certain that regardless how long it would take, we could handle that danger.

The real danger is ourselves--Abe Lincoln said it quite clearly--"A house divided, cannot stand" We have a Senate and a House of Representatives that are only interested in being reelected, therefor will not agree to anything that gives credit to the opposition.

They are called "Liberals or Conservatives" both are extremists. To further complicate the picture, we now have the Churches trying to control the country, in spite of the Constitution requiring separation of Church and State. The basic issue is abortion.

To that end, I say, "Education---not Legislation" Let the Churches educate their people so that they follow the teaching of the Church. Our Political parties just cater to people to get their votes that keep them in power.

It is time to think of America First

to wake up. The solution to our problems do not rest on our government or beloved OBAMA. The solutions will come from us. It is the people of this country who will stand up and take charge. The reason we find our country in this mess is because WE have refused to be responsible for our situations, problems, etc. I say, it is time for the government to get out of our lives. The time to stop spending is now. Dismantle the Dept of Education, Energy, Homeland Security, Agriculture, and a few little offices some of us don't even know exist. Time to consolidate. Hiring more government employees is not the answer. Get rid of Social security disability. Stop robbing the social security system to fund entitlement programs. Enough is enough.

ABOUT OBAMA. But that won't be found in USNWR.

But hell, who here cares? The article should have been "What the 10 readers of USNWR didn't know about Scott Brown."

^^^^^ here ya go bro

http://www.usnews.com/articles/news/obama/2007/01/16/ten-things-you-didnt-know-about-barack-obama.html

have to agree though - IF USNWR figured out how to be more user friendly AND fully embraced 21st Century techno - perhaps they may gain more responders . . . or not {they might have to dump the lame "writers" & start over for that}

on the other hand - the overly moderated blah blah rah rah comments on nyt & cnn are rather like a middle school lunch room on Ritalin -bland & catty- while the princpal marches around making sure all the little darlings are behaving & no one has an original thought in their heads

--HOWEVER Y'ALL MAY WANT TO CHECK OUT THE POLITICAL CARTOONS ON USNWR "FOR A CHANGE" . . . MIGHT HELP WITH YOUR SOUR MILK SPIT-UPS--
