It is a disgrace to even think of allowing Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his cohorts to ever step one foot on Amarican soil. Erick Holder should be fired by Obama for proposing this absurdity and if he does not fire him Obama should be impeached!

Oh yeah, I forgot the most important point of all, THESE ARE MURDERING TERRORISTS! As they have already stated their guilt more than once, and wish to die for Allah, what's to prevent ANOTHER TERRORIST ATTACK on New York? Nothing. Send them to Washington, DC, or better still to LA, where the limosine liberals cry for their "cause". Let Kalifornia participate fully in this madness.

For those of us who are not lefist ideological Obama Kool Aid drinkers, apparently trying to pretend 09/11 really didn't happen, the question of which venue to try terroists is an easy one. If the police/FBI arrest them within our borders, then the civilan courts have jurisdiction; If our military forces capture them during their operations overseas, then the military tries them. Whatever absurd point Holder is trying to make will boomerang big time against him and the entire administration.

AP and most of the propaganda outlets omit the nefarious effect stun belts have. KSM, like the others will 'confess' anything Holder et al want to hear.
Apart from that: he was water boarded 183 times... In the US! And, concerning 'masterminding' of 9/11?   No wonder Holder 'isn't scared' concerning KSM or the other victims, as he told the prosecutors.
"Failure is not an option," Holder told them. Meaning: "They are guilty, whatever you may think."

Yep, what else could you expect from a person (Obama) who may NOT even be a legitimate US citizen! Supposedly, that issue will be decided by the Supremes in January 2010. But back to the issue here...Gitmo was/is a great way to deal with non-military civilian terrorists, who, IMO are NOT entitled to the Geneva Convention, which was created to regularize treatment of uniformed fighting men during declared wars, period. Bringing these murderers here automatically grants them rights which they otherwise would not have, and creates a bad precedent legally and politically. I have nothing but contempt for the "we're better than them" Socialists fools in the PC Democratic Party. Who cares if Europeans like us, or those living in Third World countries. Most of them have NO political rights in these areas at all, just look at Iran, a repressive theocracy, to name one. We have become the Divided States of America on Obama's watch, let's work in 2012 for his defeat.

Holding this trial in the USA is wrong, wrong.
They have confessed and want to be put to death. Let's just do it and get it over and save many millions of dollars and save the embarrassment of a show trial.

0bama is granting the 9/11 terrorists rights under OUR Constitution, and 0bama is bringing the 9/11 terrorists BACK to Ground Zero.

And finally, if the left thinks Bush43 will be on trial, they are sadly mistaken: The 19 terrorists who attacked this country on 9/11 planned and trained under Clinton's watch...you know, the one where he was to busy killing Vince Foster while getting 'that special part of the male anatomy' worked by an intern?
