Every other major western industrialized nation with the exception of the United States has some form of universal health care. It's time America stops acting poor. Leaving 50 million Americans without health insurance is unacceptable.

Schumer: Dems Ready to Go It Alone on Healthcare

HUH?

The Democraps have been 'going it alone' the whole session!

Nice 'straw man' argument Mr. Associated Press Writer Ricardo Alonso-Zaldivar!

What the Hell do you think A Democrap Prez, Senate and House add up to? Not bipartisanship, you fool!

Got back-room closed-door meetings?

DUH!

WHY is this still an issue??? Are we not now in the 21st century? The issue of abortion is strictly one of religious belief and nothing else! I do NOT understand why it's even an issue in today's time. IF the two parents of a pregnancy do not have a problem with this and chose to abort then why is it a problem that the nation should be in on. These republicans keep going on and on claiming the democrats want to control everything, claiming the dems. want govt. control of our lives well what do you think this abortion issue is?? OMG I just cannot believe it has not been put to rest once an for all! IT is the people's choice NOT the republicans - they really need to move into the present and stop touting SOME people's religious beliefs! People out there claim the sanctitity of life yet I bet you anything they have done more to hurt another human being or helped to blow up clinics and killed people. I HATE the critism and can't stand where these people are coming from anymore. GET WITH THE TIMES! We don't all share the same beliefs and we shouldn't be forced to. It SHOULD ALWAYS REMAIN A CHOICE!

The Democrats are determined to nationalize healthcare which represents ~ 20% of the GDP.

Great! The national deficit is exploding! The Democrats have already nationalized the auto and banking industries. Existing transfer payment programs (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Pensions) represent 50-100 trillion dollars of unfunded future liabilities and liberals just can't stop themselves!

They exhibit a pathological need to spend somebody else's money. Mine, yours, anyone that already has healthcare insurance, anyone that already has a job - apparently liberals think they know how to spend our money better than we do!

Well, I tell you what. If you liked the stagflation (high inflation and high unemployment) of the '70's you will just love what's coming! Time to break out that crystal ball and find those platform shoes because it's going to be like the 1970's only worse!

Sen. Schumer's overarching desires are to do it "my way or the highway."

Is he really genuinely ready to compromise and negotiate a deal in the health care reform bill? I think not, when he is so beholdened to the pro-abortion lobbies. He is another puppet pulled by the strings of Planned Parenthood.

It's time to vote Schumer out of office & have someone who advocates the cause of sanctity of human life, not the money-hungry & blood-thirsty abortion clinics.
