First, this event took place under President Obama and Pelosi's watch, the first year that President Obama took office. This is what happened when you're too lenient on terrorists and care too much about political correctness. President Bush might not be a great president, but he did everything he could to prevent the 9/11 attack from happening again by being harsh on terrorists and terrorist prisoners. The Obama's administration wanted to punish Bush's staff for that political incorrect act. Who cares about political correctness, health care reform or Afghanistan when your own people are murdered on your own soil? America's safety in the US should be a president's priority number one.
Second, the Pentagon, FBI, and JTTF claimed that they had no warning signs that this was going to happen in Fort Hood is only going to make the government look incompetent and the US look defenseless. They had intelligence on Hasan for more than ten months (while President Obama was in office) and failed to protect American citizens!
Third, the only justice for this act is for Hasan to get life without parole. The death penalty is what Hasan really wants, so we should deny him of it. This way, he will suffer with the knowledge that he put shame on his family'name, community, and religion for the rest of his life.

They hate us because we are free? Seems its about Rabbi Liebermann to me. Nidal probably didn't want to fight the Rabbi's wars.
But many Christians do.

Ft. Hood also has a lot of civilians working on base. A military snafu like this requires civilian investigation. Congress is the voice of the people and they should investigate.
We've already seen the weasel groundwork laid for IMPROVISED spin advantageous to Obama:
"And as horrific as this [Ft. Hood] tragedy was, if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that's worse," [General] Casey said.
Now more potential surfaces for 'secondary' PTSD weasel groundwork has been laid for IMPROVISED spin, as Gen. Carter Ham, for whom PTSD has particular relevance, will be leading another military investigation.
There's nothing confusing about how one IMPROVISING person with a gun in a crowd could kill FOURTEEN, not thirteen, and wound many more. For 3-4 minutes Nidal Malik Hasan was the only one at the IMPROVISATIONAL scene with a gun.
And there's nothing confusing about inaccurate initial reports of an IMPROVISED gun battle, when witnesses at the time were most concerned with dodging IMPROVISED bullets and helping others who got shot.
This was a delayed-fuse remotely-detonated IMPROVISED Islamic terrorist asymmetrical warfare attack on soft military and civilian targets of opportunity at Ft. Hood. To oppose President Obama's Afghanistan War of Candidate Obama's and Hamid Karzai's 2008 necessity, Nidal Malik Hasan could have gone to his CO and resigned his commission and/or refused deployment orders, then let the court martial chips fall as may. But Nidal Malik Hasan's religion -- tick, tick, tick -- offered him a convenient IMPROVISING alternative to solve his personal dilemma -- with the added bonus of taking out as many 'infidels' as possible as well.
This is a chicken and egg thing of the worst sort: Which came and motivated first, Nidal Malik Hasan's 'mental illness' or his 'religion'? That's a rhetorical question, as they were/are both inextricably intertwined. You can physically and conceptually separate an egg from a chicken, but in Nidal Malik Hasan's case, you can't take the IMPROVISED jihad white off Islamic rice, no matter how hard you try and how much you want to.
And I bet ya five bucks that those who are downplaying the Islamic terrorist nature of Nidal Malik Hasan treachery are likewise downplaying the grievous stupidity of President Obama's more-Bush-than-Bush Afghanistan war of his and Hamid Karzai's necessity. The downplayers don't want to see the primary stupidity, so why would they see any secondary stupidity?

This incident seems more like an action of a mentally ill person. This is something really confusing that how come one person could kill 13 people and shoot more than 20. Also the fact that we didn't even hear the names of the "two" other people that were arrested seems very fishy. The first thing we hear even before nidal was caught is that he is a convert and then he is dead which turns out to be false. We even see nidals picture but no picture nothing about the other two people that were arrested.
