60% vs 40%. Some of us has known all along, that this is what "equality" means to women. It's works that way in schools, in jobs, in family courts, and everywhere else you can think of.
Don't be surprised if it never stops.

Isn't that funny.
There's not enough women in field x, that's discrimination against women!
There's too many women applying for these positions so a higher percentage are being rejected, that's discrimination against women!
