Didn't I read a while back in these pages or another print source that the reason GOP senators refuse (through some parliamentary rule)to cooperate on Obama's judicial nominations is because the Department of Justice refuses to explain to Congress why it failed to prosecute several New Black Panther Party members found guilty through default judgment of intimidating voters during the last general election? I understand that the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights is also investigating DOJ's refusal to enforce the nation's voter intimidation laws. Does anyone really believe Attorney General Holder, who called for a dialog on race, is capable of comprehending the concept that we are all equal under the law? Why would the Senate want to consider judges who would likely share Mr. Holder's view of justice predicated on the color of one's skin?

The liberals done the same thing to Bush and all GOP nominations over the years, they made up all kinds of excuses not to confirn his judges.....the democrats are a lot worse than anyone one when it comes to working with the GOP ! Than the Gop working with the Liberals.

This article is mis-titled. It should read "Obame court nominations not as frantic as Bush"
The nominations are lower than Bush but that is because Bush was trying to skew the judicial branch more towards GOP. How many of Obama's appointees have been confirmed by the GOP slowed Senate? What was the Senate makeup when Bush had reached this point? I am asking because I don't remember but I have a feeling they had a majority. Am I wrong?
All I have seen from the GOP this entire year is NO, and their side saying things that are basically lies to frighten people so they will agree with that NO. But what those people really do want if they knew the facts are the things that the GOP are saying NO to.
How sad! But don't forget GOP, all of your lies have been recorded and will continue to be available on the Internet for all to see. I guess that is why they are against net neutrality.
Another title for this article would be "GOP continues stalling tactics with judge confirmation holds" (Jeff Sessions - it really is a filibuster with a different name, dude)
