A typical European approach - pragmatic, diplomatic, and oriented towards the real threats. To them - more weapons are not better. Smarter weapons and alliances are better.
Maybe the details won't work, but it is an outside the box proposal that has some real advantages.
This would really cause McCain to vapor-lock....
