I just ran across this article. I saw him on a talk show a few months ago. It's always hard to tell when it's a 'he said, she said' situation. But my impression of him is that he's mostly being honest in what he says here.
Her primary qualities seem to be attacking the current President, being ill informed and loving the limelight. If she were to become president, I would truly fear for the future of our country. I honestly think too much power is consolidated with the president. How much do we really know about any person who chooses to run .... I mean really know about them?
The wrong person can do inestimable damage. Case in point ... G.W.B.

I am still mad at John McCain for unleashing this woman on the American public. I would be ashamed to know her. Several members of her family were on drugs and now in jail, her son went into the miltary rather than go to jail, her daughter is unmarried and was pregnant. And this woman has the nerve to want to be VP of the US. I am ashamed and embarrassed that she would represent us, we would be the laughing stock of the world. Shame on you John MCCain, what were you thinking? Where was your judgement?

Totally believe Levi about Sarah. You can tell that her family is a mess and Sarah pays no attention to them. Her daughter was pregnant out of wedlock, the son went to the military because he had to or go to jail. Sarah Palin is a snarky uneducated hypocrite who is looking for money. She needs to go home to take care of her messed up family and go read a book. This woman is a complete disgrace!!!!

Levi Johnston has one big advantage when it comes to describing the Palin household and Sarah Palin as the matriarch of that household over almost all of the commenters that would venture to extend judgement on his statemets. This advantage has been supported and sponsored by Ms. Sarah Palin herself in times past; the advantage is simple, Levi lived in their home and obviously had general free access prior to living with the Palins.
What we all know to be true regarding Sarah Palin is that she is not what she was represented to be. Plain and simple! As for either of them utilizing this opportunity to better themselves financially, is that not the American way?
Let Levi have his fifteen minutes and Sarah her day! And pray that one day soon your opportunity to bask in the media sunlight will come!

Levi Johnston is as dumb as a box of rocks! I wouldnt believe him as far as a could throw him. He is clearly merely making up stories to extend has 15 minutes of fame. It is disgraceful that major publications would carry this morons allegations. I am sure if this were a similar situation about a left wing politician we would never hear such fabricated tales!

What a pathetic, publicity hungry kid this Levi Johnston. A darned poor excuse as a father. Apparently getting easy money for telling tales (I wonder how true ANY of them are) because he isn't adult enough to get a job and get on with his life. Just imagine how this will all seem to his little boy when he gets old enough to read and hear all the "dirt" his father is spewing in order to get some free dollars. Bristol on the other hand has faced up to responsibility and is raising her son without the need to be in the spotlight. She is a charming young lady who had to grow up quickly and has done so without any comfort or support from "little boy Levi". I wonder if he financially supports his son with the publicity money he receives.

Yes I bet this kid is hungry for the cash! He is taking advantage of the situation that was thrust upon him as he was dragged into the media circus last year that was the 2008 Presidential election, in the hopes that it would demonstrate the wholesome family image that might help Sarah Palin's political career. Now after the fact, and a whole lot more time to let more, and more be learned about the former Governor of Alaska, we are shocked to learn that all was not as it seemed in Wasilla. I am not sure that an article in Vanity Fair is the best way to tell your side of things, but then again I don't blame this guy at all for grabbing the brass ring as it passed by. As far as Sarah Palin her credibility has been suspect as of late due to her willingness to grab the misinformation and downright lies that have been this summer's news cycle - Health Care Reform. I am not opposed to her opposition to the current legislation being circulated, I just wish she could at least base her argument on fact and in the realm of reality and quit using fear and misinformation and lies to further her opinion. And in doing so using the platform provided her spread those lies. Sarah Palin has time and time again over the past year used her own story to present herself as this perfect little woman from Alaska, who was a great politician, a perfect wife and mother and a humble Christian. And after a little investigation there have been so many stories about how the reality of Sarah Palin is far different from the persona portrayed last summer as she was introduced to the world. Since I live in the real world in 2009 Levi's take on the Palin household sound more in line with the realistic lifestyle of a family whose mother is Governor, father is a Snowmobile Racer and Oil worker, has 5 kids and all the modern distractions life in 2009 presents. I have been around long enough to know that Sarah Palin was not the person presented last summer, I also know that she is not evil monster she is often portrayed as by her detractors, she is somewhere in the middle of those two descriptions and probably struggling to get by like we all are. But I am not going to discount Levi here either!
