There is no current presidential library for former President George W. Bush. According to statute and National Archives common practice, there is only the "Bush presidential materials project." It only becomes the "presidential library" once it is completed and accepted by NARA (around the year 2013). This means that questions 2 and 4 are incorrect.

If you wish to count the George W. Bush presidential materials project as an official library, then the answer to question 8 would be "George W. Bush's" - since his would contain more papers and artifacts than any other.
