Executive Order: Further Amendments to Executive Order 12333, United States Intelligence Activities President Bush's new executive order revising rules for intelligence agencies expands the national intelligence director's powers. The order is being criticized by civil liberties groups, in part over intelligence agency access to citizen information held by other government agencies.
