Michelle Obama is fair game as she is campaigning for the candidate -- and what she says and beleives in is important. If I had known now what I did not know then about Obama and his wife, I woudl never have voted for him in the Primaries. In any case, i will not vote for him in the elections. Poor Hillary -- the media has been biased against her.

The attitudes expressed by Barack Obama and Michelle make me doubt that he would be a president for all of the people. Here, in their own words, are attitudes that give me pause:
"That hate hadn't gone away"...."white people — some cruel, some ignorant, sometimes a single face, sometimes just a faceless image of a system claiming power over our lives." Barack Hussein Obama from Dreams Of My Father
"There were enough of us on campus to constitute a tribe, and when it came to hanging out, many of us chose to function like a tribe, staying close together, traveling in packs. . . It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names" Barack Hussein Obama from Dreams of My Father
"I found solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race" Barack Hussein Obama from Dreams of My Father
Obama complains about "white man's rules" by which black men are oppressed, and concludes: "Should you refuse this defeat and lash out at your captors, they would have a name for that, too, a name that could cage you just as good. Paranoid. Militant. Violent. Nigger." Barack Hussein Obama from Dreams of My Father
Here is Obama’s secret on how to handle white people: "It was usually an effective tactic, another one of those tricks I had learned: People were satisfied so long as you were courteous and smiled and made no sudden moves. They were more than satisfied, they were relieved — such a pleasant surprise to find a well-mannered young black man who didn't seem angry all the time.” Barack Hussein Obama from Dreams of My Father
During a February 18, 2008 speech in Milwaukee on behalf of her husband's presidential campaign, Mrs. Obama declared, "For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country, and not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change."
On February 1, 2008, Mrs. Obama said, "I don't think there is a person of color in this country that doesn't struggle with what it means to be a part of your race versus what the majority thinks is right.
Mrs. Obama said when she was at Princeton that "Earlier in my college career, there was no doubt in my mind that as a member of the Black community I was somehow obligated to this community and would utilize all of my present and future resources to benefit this community first and foremost."
Mrs. Obama further states: "In defining the concept of identification or the ability to identify with the black community ... I based my definition on the premise that there is a distinctive black culture very different from white culture."

Michelle has made a number of statements that border on idiocy, including one where she "informs" us of what Obama will and will not let us do. Fine. But don't tell the opposition that she is "off-limits." She deserves to get hammered for her moronic speeches, as does the Obamessiah. These two are products of the nortoriously corrupt Chicago political machine, and would love to go through this election without any close scrutiny. But, since the MSM refuses to do it's job, we'll have to pick up the slack. And if that's too much for the senator and his wife to bear, then perhaps they should crawl back under their rock, and let the rest of us get on with it.

...it'll be nice to have a President who would stick up for his wife, especially after the Billy and Hilly drama during the nineties. Hopefully America will receive similar caring from President Obama after Fall. :)
By the way people a few thousand people died in another country.....

How can someone running for President not know how many States are in the U.S.A. Maybe he was thinking of the 57 Islam States. No way will I vote for someone that does not even know how many States we have.

....fortunatley mostl of your statments have done the job of proving that, so i can shut up about it.
There is so little to find wrong with him the only solution is to nitpick, and if the GOP is using "Obamas wife" as an attack point, they must be pretty worried about their boy Mcain....poor Mcain.
I hate dirty politics.

Grow up from Ca, you need to Wake-up, Obama is not going away; and Kate from MD, if you can say "I don't recall many moments since the election of George Bush, Jr. when I could say I was "proud to be an American," then why is Michelle Obama's statement so offensive to you and others. I can't believe you hypocrites have never said or thought the same thing about America. You can love someone or your country with all your heart, and not be proud of some of things they do.
Even though the issue of race has now become an issue in this political race, when Michelle Obama made her statement, it looked like Americans were voting for Obama the man, the person, the politician, the candidate, and that he had a right to run for President as any other candidate, and a possible chance to win in America. Something that many blacks thought they would never see happen. What is happening in America today is historic if nothing else and makes us as a people very proud.
If Bill Clinton had uttered these words, "For the first time in my adult lifetime, I'm really proud of my country", because for the first time in America, a woman, his wife, was on the ballot with a real chance of becoming President. I truly do not believe there would have been this much backlash.
In my life time, I remember the water hoses, the segregated schools and so much more. I have always been proud of this country, but there has always been that difference in the races.
People, welcome to the real world. We have come a long way, but we still have a long, long way to go.

Wow, I didn't realize how moronic most of America was until I read these comments. Maybe Mrs. Obama has something here. So far I've heard Obama called a Muslim (because god forbid we put a person of a different religion in office), a Marxist (when Hillary is probably further left than any candidate here), a dishonest scoundrel (as opposed to other politicians, hahaha), Wimpy (because... wait, there is no good reason to call him that), racist (because y'know, it's his fault that black people are voting for him), and and the Antichrist (because Nostradamus was more than just an acid-tripping idiot). What next, he's the spawn of satan?
She might be right - America has devolved into a pile of neanderthals.
