I watched Today With Alex Wagner and Michael Steele was a guest. I have seen him before on the Andrea Mitchell show and have always been impressed by what he has to say. Nice to hear that someone has an understanding of what is real and what is not. He presents himself well and I enjoy listening to what he has to say. Thank you Michael Steele!!!

To redroverhome of Florida. You must of been one of your mother's five children that did not attend college. Why don't you read what you wrote and then get back to us working middle class citizens. If you can't afford one or two children then I'm not quite sure why I would have to pay for child number three, four and five. Give me a break. You are just like everyone else who thinks that the government owes them something. People like you are the reason our country in is debt.

I get so angry when I watch Michael Steele he come so candy coated and act like he forgot his roots and want to be white man in black man body.I am glad his mom work and refuse to go welfare and he talk like it is a dirty word to get assistance. My mom raise 5 children who all finish high school and some colleges and she did as maid working little of nothing for the white man, I have live through segregation and desegregation. I love America and would not want to live anywhere else,but for Michael Steele to sit there and judge someone who had to get assistant from the government is sad. My mom taught me to work and to get an educations and that what we all did and not to look down on anyone shame on Mr Steele. I am glad he is Republican and not a democrat anymore because he act so uppity and the Republican only wanted to use him to get black people to see that they like black people.

I am an Independent. We would certainly welcome Michael into our party. I heard him talking about the Tea Party. I assure him that as impolite and ignorant as they are, many of them would not let him be aware of the extent of their hatred of blacks. I am a native white Northerner and while I have lived in both Maryland and Florida, I cannot honestly tell you where racism is most prevalent.

This is one observant, intelligent, and cognisant man. He is an American who happens to experience some rather werid attacks from apparently insane people [James of CA] and "lost soul" seems to be troubled that Michael Steele "acts more like a white man than the white man."
That Mr. Steele is a professional is plain to see, and has had food thrown at him at NAACP meetings [they were acting black, I suppose?].
"Lost soul" is also bothered that Michael Steel is a Catholic. Why? Blacks have been Catholics since Biblical times and are mentioned in the Bible. There were Bishops from various places in Africa before the violent Muslim invasion. Hence, throughout history, The Catholic Church has always been a multi-racial, multinational, intercontinentally indiginous Religion. It's the way Christ intended for it to be.
I think that contrary to what "lost soul" thinks, this American is perhaps a better representative of any district in which he chooses to work because he doesn't just represent "blacks." Just representing one race in politics is political racism. Michael Steele's standards are higher than that. Maybe that is what "lost soul" is talking about. In that case, "lost soul" has a false accusation against Michael Steele has aptly named himself "lost soul." As for my family raising us up in our own ethnicity, my own family didn't do that either. Here's a flash for "lost soul": most families don't do that. Most are raised to be Americans. Lose the racism, lost soul, and learn history, Church History, and Bible history from reputable sources. Michael Steele's education is obviously a good one. How about yours?

Michael Steele is a very smart man, with the clarity that all Americans should have. The main stream liberal media has never been a friend to any GOP. We don't care,this country is in for an awakening of the people. We the people, by the people for the people. There will be no socialization of these United States. If you don't like it leave I would rather pay for airline ticket out of here then to pay for you to bitch about how bad things are when the libs are most of the problem. Maybe you should try working together to help the people in your country (America) and quit sending our hard earned money to people that spit on us. We are done. You want a stronger America educate them and they will produce. Taxing us more you will turn this country into Rome.
