10 Great Retirement Spots for Golf Nuts

Pinehurst

Golf nuts will thrive in Pinehurst. The entire community revolves around the golf lifestyle. I must add that Charlotte is really not that convenient to Pinehurst, it is more like 2 hours of bad roads to reach Charlotte.

With fabulous climate, great healthcare, laid back village/resort lifestyle and the best golf in the US, Pinehurst is a great retirement destination. Most people are amazed at the low cost of home ownership in Pinehurst.

Mount Pleasant Great Place for Golf!

I am a lifetime resident of Mount Pleasant and just as important as the incredible availability of golf opportunities is the low property tax bill for Mount Pleasant homes. Mount Pleasant taxes include all of your services which are superb and they are substantially less than most commuties. Housing inventory is healthy and you the town is only 5 minutes from beaches! My website http://woodsflowers.com has a great deal of information about the entire area.

Georgetown Texas

I agree. For a non-golfer like me, I can choose a new place to golf every time and never have to go to the same place twice. Golf courses galore here...public and private. Many people move here for that very reason...and many more will continue to do so.
