planning for retirement in africa

planning for retirement in third world countries is a major problem affecting an army of gainfully employed african workers. this assertion is premised on the prevailing poverty, underdevelopment, corruption, nepotism, civil unrest, wars of genocide. to buttress this view, cases in point is genocide that has ravaged Sudan in a couple of years. Liberia has just emerged from scourge of war into full fledged democractic dispensation which of course will take longer years to harvest dividends of democracy and a sustainable economic growth and developmant. this scenario is a vital chellenges that workers in third world countries will contend with. the issue at stake now is the question of how workers in third world countries will overcome these challenges? what is the role that the international community will play to assist workers to plan for future retirement?
