Genius idea!!
Brent Collier is a genius!! This is a win-win for both the renters and rentees. People willing to rent a home for the Inauguration are more than likely educated, well rounded individuals that will respect other people's property. I will certainly visit inauguralhomes.com to see what's available.
WOW... I can even see how this may be something that a person that is in the process of TRYING to sell a home anywhere in the DC, MD & VA area would be able to get a bit of financial relief if they have already purchased a new home.
