While many have been hit hard by the downturn, some are taking advantage of the many opportunities in the real estate rental market. Sites such as www.TDYHouse.com are a prime example.

Donald is buying Ed's mansion with Ed to remain in it, so says today's news. Ed can get some peace and Donald (who has time to wait) will get some profit later.
