Do not buy Kohls stock

Do not buy Kohls stock. Poor customer service persists from Mr. Mansell, the CEO's office down through store management. Customer's complaints go un-addressed, many customers complain about the three-tier sales promotions (10, 20 or 30% off) as unfair and discriminatory. Store is overcrowded and hard to navigate for disabled using wheelchairs. Clearance racks are filled with junk, looks like stuff goodwill wouldn't even accept.

Actually Resendes is correct

Actually Resendes is correct. Kohl's does offer a credit card, but in 2006 JP Morgan/Chase purchased the accounts and debt from Kohl's. "...Chase and Kohl's will enter into an ongoing arrangement under which Chase will offer private label credit cards to both new and existing customers. The two companies will work together on marketing initiatives designed to enhance Kohl's sales and grow the credit card business. Kohl's will continue to manage all customer service, advertising and marketing functions."
