Haven't we seen this kind of advice time and time again? Now that the market is literally at its knees begging for a bottom to hit, wouldn't it make more sense to not only rebalance your portfolio but increase contribution and investments?

No one wanted to invest with us when we were up over 50% last year, only because everyone else made a positive rate of return no matter where you parked your money.
