Another Job Search Mistake

Liz,

Here's another mistake many job seekers make. They ignore their online presence, despite the fact that many recruiters and hiring managers conduct Internet searches on candidates. Many job seekers have no online presence and for others who do have a presence, the information that is found via a Google search is dated, irrelevant, or damaging. Job seekers can take charge of their online identity and present a more positive image to employers by creating profiles on sites such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Spoke, Naymz, and Ziggs.
