Green Jobs

I believe you are missing a serious point. You need to "get the rubber on the road" by training people in every community to retrofit existing housing with conservation and renewable energy equipment. This requires RE Schools working with Community Development Corporations to produce the Energy Tech personel to do the work and the CDC funnels the Green Job money into the community. WIN-WIN-WIN Put people to work installing equipment, people to work making the equipment and retrofitting our housing base into energy efficient and cost effective housing that lowers our national energy requirements withoutnew Nukes....
