who can give me more information about the food science?
I thought it is a matter of technology, microbiology,and something with the food testing. Which college would set the institution to trait the aspect about the flavor of the food ?

Looks like 2/3 of above is about the selling and packaging part as opposed to product substance. Alas, perhaps this has always been so.
