All Wheel Drive vehicles So what ??

Really you think you need a flat bed because its AWD well I say just miss that payment and see...... They can take it just like any other car tow it normal for a few miles to a "safe spot" undo the drive shaft tie it up and off they go ... Seen it and done it myself no damage to the car at all and power tools makes it fast and easy...

That's probably why I have never had any problems with my 12 gauge shotgun and my .357 magnum tucked into my shoulder holster. I have never had any arguments from anyone when I told them I was going to take their car because the bank told me to due to their failure to make agreed payments. While this may not always be the best tactic for reposessing property, it often curtails property owners from taking the law into their own hands. It is perfectly legal in some states but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has not checked the laws in their states regarding weapons concealment, is not prepared for lethal actions against them from angry car owners, or the use of weapons for acts of repossesion. I know some of you may be outraged about this and I don't blame you, but the point is this; if you make an agreement to purchase property from a lender and you default, you no longer own that property. It has always been the property of the lender regardless of who posesses it period. Until you pay it off, you are Borrowing it. Repo agaents are perfectly within their right to take it back on behalf of the lender in any way feasible withot inflicting unnecesary harm to the borrower or their property. According tothe law, repo agents are legally allowwed to protect themselves from ALL acts of violence perpetrated against them while in the act of reposessing property from the borrower. I wold always suggest as I do, that you inform local law enforcement of your activities Before you make a move as this is always the best practice. I have been told on many occasions by law enforcement officials, "let us know if you need ay help"!

All Wheel Drive vehicles- banks don't care.

Banks don't care if the transmissions are damaged. They will wholesale the car anyhow and charge the person the difference owed.

All lien Holders stay away from this Guy. His name is Winfred Bernard Griffin and he works out of Dallas and you may pay him to still your car. thats right still your car. He will some how get a title to your car by telling you that it is in a shop with very large bill owed on it. and it will be a friend of his. He needs to be stop he is Bad news to all lien holders. He has screwed a lot of people in the last 15 years and if you assign a repo to him its a good chance you will never see your car again.
