Oil Soars: Is the Rally for Real?

Just like the 80's only worse

Why is it when there is a Republian in office the middle class suffers? During the 80's, under Ronnie and Bush senior, corporate raiders destroyed the airline industry, banks folded, and our pay and benefits dwindled. Health care started its rise and now under Bush Jr. health care cost is out of control , pay and benefits cuts has become the norm , and of course we can't afford the fuel to go into our autos, people are losing there homes because of bad mortgages, jobs are going overseas and no help is in sight for us. But we have bailouts for the greedy, shameless, selfish few who put us in this situation. Corporate greed has fueled this quick devastation of our lives and we reward them with a bonus that none of the middle class would ever see in a life time. Not once has a 200 million dollar bonus ever trickled down our way. As I stand under the corporate urinal I know what is actually trickling down to us.No matter how much I try to get out from underneath this trickle I can't escape.

Oil Price Rise

Pelosi Democrats won't allow Drill, Drill, Drill, so the threat to oil price is removed for now. (And her desired continuing pain will be blamed on Republicans)
