Update: Island Job Frenzy a Sign of the Times

I'm all Ausi!

I take this as a sign because just a week ago I was looking into getting a work visa for Ausi. I live in Toronto Canada...can I say it's about -30C here at the moment! Not just that, I recently went through a bad break up, my parents are splitting, I used to work 2 jobs and put myself through school, and I think I deserve and need this. Why Ausi, I do have family there who always brag about how beautiful the beaches are and beg me to come every year. I would love to go, except I can't take too much time off work at the moment. But if I get the 6 month job, then it's a perfect opportunity for me to quit my current job and persue happiness in paradise in Ausi. My current manager was born and raised in Australia. He talks about the barrier reefs and the desert all the time. He recently visited Ausi with his wife and 3 kids over the summer and the pics are remarkable. I would be a great promoter for tourism as well. I'm a peoples person, and my sales pitch is magnificiant. I do work as an accountant at the moment, which is all the more reason for why I deserve this job =) I do love my current job, but I need to get away from all the stress at the moment, which is a lot. I have always wanted to go to Australia and that's one list off my bucket list.

Well, I suppose I can ramble on and on. So, I'll wrap it up.

Ausi can benefit me, because right now more then ever, I really need to get out of this place...it will surely change my life for the better.

How can I benefit Ausi....well besides the fact that I love this country, I would do what ever it takes to promote the beautiful beaches and mountains and deserts. I would try to appeal it more on an international level, and promote more in North America and UK. Because it's further away from Ausi, I think North America does not receive enough informartion about Australia, just what they hear. I know more about it because of family, so if I get the opportunity to land this job, I would think of better ways to promote tourism to Australia around the world. Open peoples eyes about Ausi's nature, culture, clenliness, habitats, natural scenery, etc. Help people understand that, it's not that expensive to tour the country. Because often times I think mainly people's concern is the cost of tourism in a far country. Maybe put together tourist packages like they do in the Carribean. I know that Australia does have tourist packages like that, but honestly living in Toronto and working in Down Town Toronto, I hardly ever hear of any sort of promotion of that nature to Australia. So choose me, pick me, I think we can help each other out. I'm passionate about this. No, I just don't want to be a beach bumb (Oh though I love the beach) I want to be that person from another country that promotes Australia.
