Young Women Closing in on Gender Wage Parity

Misinformed

Actually Jon, research has shown that women graduates earn less than their male counterparts just one year after entering the workforce - even in the same roles, with the same degrees and the same level of experience.

Another Misleading Article

Why doesn't this new report bother to compare males and females in the EXACT same job position? Women earn as much or more than men in comparable roles. The report only compares age brackets, race, and general job fields. You are making an erroneous statement with poor unrelated information. You should have a chat with your colleague Marty Nemko about women's parity in the labor force.
