The easiest way to locate/apply for the stimulus jobs is to use the job search feature on http://jobsearch.usajobs.gov. I would also recommend looking into some of the online training classes through NEF University. As a non-profit organization, they are able to offer a 95% scholarship to the first million users who sign up for their courses. These courses are specifically tailored to the new stimulus jobs and adding them to your resume would help to give you an edge over other applicants.

spent much of his program today insisting that Obama is causing and prolonging the recession with his stimulus ideas. But, of course, he offered not a single shred of logic for that position.
