Former Dell Execs Claim Sex Discrimination

Discrimination

It takes a village to fight discrimination and lots of courage to stand up and speak out. In this day and age it is hard to grasp why a company would not seriously look at their gender employment statistics and hold themselves accountable. Hang in there ladies.....I pursued the case against Citigroup/Smith Barney and we won a substantial punitive and monetary settlement on behalf of 2400 women at the company. It is possible to make a difference and help level the playing field. Know your stuff and don't let fear of the unknown paralyze you. Above all else.....stick together. My collegues and I did and it was worth every, long difficult moment. We brought about change which will help future generations of women in our male dominated industry.

Older Women don't have a Prayer in Austin unless ...

I have a lot of friends who are ladies over 45 and they are always the first fired!

YOU CAN NOT BE A WOMAN OVER 45 in AUSTIN,TEXAS AND LOOK YOUR AGE AND GET HIRED FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEBODY OR HAVE A HIGHLY PLACE FAMILY MEMBER OR YOU HAVE SOME TRUST FUND OR WEALTHY FAMILY WHO WILL SUPPORT YOU.

IN FACT, IF YOU HAVE ANY PRETENSIONS OF BEING A CREATIVE PERSON AND YOU HAVE A LOT OF OLD MONEY...OR YOU ARE ALREADY FAMOUS AND OVER 45 YEARS OLD, THIS TOWN LOVES YOU.

THE REST OF US HAVE TO LEAVE.

I AM GLAD THAT THE LADIES OF DELL HAVE FINALLY CALLED ATTENTION TO THE HORRIBLE DOUBLE DISCRIMINATION THAT OLDER WOMEN FACE --AS IF SEXISM ISN'T BAD ENOUGH NOW WE HAVE THE AGE DISCRIMINATION TO GO WITH IT!

WHICH LETS YOU KNOW WHAT THE PSEUDO-LIBERAL VALUES OF AUSTIN,TEXAS REALLY ARE!

I THINK THERE IS STILL COW **** BETWEEN THE TOES OF THE FEET IN THOSE GUCCI LOAFERS!

So what. Did you people not know that the addition of Alito and Roberts to the Supreme Court made these suits moot? Did you not hear of the Lilly Ledbetter decision two years ago? Did you not know that the five Catholics on the Supreme Court think that employment at will trumps all employment laws.
