Fiorina's Non-Gaffe: Could McCain or Palin Do Your Job?

Back to blog

To: Republican for Obama

Thank you for posting! The Republicans I know are either in deep denial or they're fine with sleezy, dishonest pollitics.

It makes my day to read a comment from a Republican who really "Gets it"!

Of course I agree with your post.... if a candidate runs a dishonest campaign because they can't win on merit, it's fairly safe to say that's how they will run the country.

Haven't we had enough ridiculous and tragic lies?

P.S. Fact checking sites are invaluable and easy to use!

Fed Up Democrats in Ohio

Don't believe the hype, we in Ohio are fed up with Obama and getting tired of Biden very quickly.

How can we support this man lying every single day about him and his VP choice.

Obama's 15 minutes are up! The tide is changing, people are not stupid, we can fact check any bonehead statement you make Obama.

Your driven only by power and glory. You will say anything or have your corporate supporters do anything like issuing the part of this quote saying that Obama and Biden are not qualified to run a major company.

I can't take it anymore. I am disgusted that this man is even in the race.

For God's sake - all of us need to make sure this scary man never sits in the oval office, ever!

republican for obama is dreaming

Wow, Ben. I believe that your sentiments reflect the wishful thinking of many in the Buckeye state who wish that McCain would have made as poor a choice as Barack Obama, when choosing a running mate.

YOU ARE WACKED

Try and stick to the issues and stop this type of nonsense. You have no idea what you are even talking about. Who cares if they can manage a corporation and how can your silliness even take you down this path and this line of attempt to smear. All I can say is keep it up as you are helping more than you are doing any damage. Good Luck!

yeah....

fiorina is correct - the skills that make a politician do not always cross over into business

i think Palin could likely run a company however because being a chiefd exec is closer to a governer than a senator. Carly should not have to applogise for that statement - the context makes sense - and she said that all the candidates would not be qualified not just the republicans -

They darn well better be able to do my Job...and then some!

Carly, Carly, Carly...this says so much more about you than anyone else. This hurts McCain, but only insofar as to hire you own as his economic advisor. You are ignorant, arrogant and suffer from foot in mouth disease. You got booted out of HP in a shareholders revolt against you. You think selling ink jet printers is harder than running the largest and most complex economy in the world. I'm speechless. If I didn't think a candidate for President or VP could run a company of any size, and thought for a moment they couldn't do my job, there is no way I would vote for them. I have a feeling your "job" within the McCain/Palin campaign will end the same way your time at HP ended - by getting kicked to the curb for a job not so well done!
