Loan modification can interfere with Sham Foreclosures & IRS frauds

For certain mortgage companies, loan modification INTERFERES with sham foreclosure, FLIPPING fraud (which fosters neighborhood blight), and false IRS 1099-A’s! Specifically, a grossly overlooked factor of the Foreclosure Crisis is the reality of non-legal foreclosures being deliberately filed in courts. (*1099-A's enable mortgage companies to receive just or unjust tax advantages).

Ongoing news reports throughout the USA about courtroom judges who are dismissing foreclosure cases (filed purportedly on behalf of foreclosure plaintiffs) because of "lack of standing" (no proof of owning the note), or the mortgage lender no longer exists, are not always coincidences, nor errors. Far too many lawyers are deliberately filing these -in collusion with mortgage companies, and escaping scrutiny from most judges --until now.

Also, when attorneys deliberately file false foreclosures naming defunct mortgage companies, or companies which no longer hold the notes, often they ILLEGALLY affix Collection Fees in excess of "Acceleration Clauses," making it even harder for people to pay arrears. Even worse, people become [unlawfully] evicted despite that the property seizure is null –they never lawfully lost ownership! (Hence, manifest false 1099-A’s.) If property owners sue for "Unfair Debt Collection Practices," lawyers make more even $$$$ through litigation --which Wall Street Investors incur the legal tab! Additionally, some collectors file in Bankruptcy Court falsified motions to "Lift Stay" pleadings for purposes of accomplishing SIMULATED AUCTIONS of feigned foreclosed properties.

A thorough FEDERAL investigation of false 1099-A's filed with the IRS by mortgage companies will expose various aspects of silent White Collar collusions within real estate & foreclosure frauds that has been carried out for years –likely, another S&L mess! need help continued

So to make a long story short as I am now seeing I am running out of room here. Two weeks later we found out that one of the mortgage companies we had during the bankruptcy failed to make our insurance payments. This is where I am needing help it turns out the mortgage company took out a forced placed policy and we did not get notified of it so what has happened is we lost our home to fire but because of this forced placed policy we now own the property but have no money to build a new home.

I want to find a lawyer who will help us get the mortgage company to pay for the wrongs they have done to us and help us get a new home built.

Also I would like to say that if this is the wrong place for this positing then I am sorry but I am in need of help and have yet to be able to find any god sources for a lawyer that will help us in this case.

Looking for someone to help me

hello back in January of 2001 I became suddenly ill and eventually became unable to work I travel the country to find out what was wrong with me and why I was so sick. After five years of going to doctors and have every kind of tests done over that period of Time I was finally diagnosed with Lymes Disease.

By this time my wife and I had to fill bankruptcy in our to save our home. De to the fact I was unable to work and help with all the mounting bills. we struggled with the payments to the bankruptcy courts but made it though that trailing times for our family it brought us together in many ways. In July of 2008 I think on the 15th we were discharged from the Bankruptcy court as debt free and in good standings with our debtors.

You would think this was the end of our trials and troubles. But we had one more disaster to go through. I say disaster because that is what it amounts to in our eyes. On July 23rd 2008 our mortgage company called my wife at work and told her that we owed 8 months of payments due by August 1st 2008 or they would start foreclosure proceedings.

This was only the beginning of what we would go though this day because some time around 9 pm that night while my wife was still at work, And I was 95 miles away at my mothers home helping her with a project she was working on in her home. My wife got a call that our house was on fire.

She immediately asked our two youngest daughters were 16 and 15 at the time our neighbor said he was not sure bu was certain that they were not in the home. It turns out that they were at our Second daughter home who was at the time 19 years old and living with her soon to be husband.

What my wife and I did not know was why they were not at home but it turns out it was yet another surprise one that turns out to be a good thing. You see we have four beautiful girls our oldest was at the time stationed over seas in Iraq she is in the US Army and drives a truck as her job duty.

It turns out she had received a leave time and was able to come home for two weeks it just so happens that she got home at 1 pm the very afternoon of July 23rd 2008, the day of the fire no doubt.

It was on her way to the home of our daughter that my wife learned of this surprise visit and it was not until around midnight when I got home from my mothers house that I found out about her return home I was standing in front of my house that was still burning engulfed in flames while firefighters tried to put it when my daughter came up to ma and asked how it was possible that she made it home before I did all the from Iraq.

I have been looking for a way to keep my home. I have been going through alot of financial distress.

I came upon the Co. from a TV Commercial.

The reason I am writing you is to find out if this Group is Legitimate or a Fraud or what. They want a lot of money to start the process....and I am very skeptical about them.

I would appreciate your input. They say that they are based in California. phone# 1-877-794-9438

BOA /Wells Fargo -How they did it for the Rich

BOA and Wells Fargo did very special deals for their rich clients.

1. Allowed fabricated loan applications

2. Allowed inflated appraisals

3. Allowed the process of Title Insurance checks to be fraudulently applied thru their boiler plate operations in CA.

4. Was able to cover up all this by routing the loans thru different offices in different states.

5. Allowed their RICH clients to by pass requirements such as surveys, etc.

6. The CFO of FL was the head of BOA

and number 7 - now allows the taxpayer to cover their loses to their privledged clients.
