Hard to believe

Hold the compaNy liable for WHAT? Another persons stupidity or decision to tresspass...........too bad he did not die in there as it seems he wsa just another leech on society. Just because he wa born or raised there does not give him any special rights if he was made to get out. Nothing but a common criminal.

Man Boarded in Foreclosed House

How did they board him in? Didn't he hear it? Why didn't anyone ask that question? The only thing I can think of is he heard it and chose to hide inside so he could have a roof over his head. Anyone else would've yelled out, Hey there's somebody in here! I guess he eventually did that and that's how they found out he was boarded in. If it were me and I didn't want to leave a house that was being boarded up, I would've made myself a secret entrance and exit and not tell anyone I was there. This article doesn't make sense to me.

Boarded house

My question is if the house was forclosed, no one should be in the house anyway so why was this guy there? when contractors are called to complete a job, it's up to the property manager to make sure that the property is vacant, these people aren't required to make these types of checks, it has nothing to do with lazyness, they are doing what they were told to do, this guy should be brought up on charges because at this point he is trespassing, so those of you that don't want to see things as they really are need to get some help!

I would wonder about the times it has happened in the past without attention being called to the situation. The company needs to be held liable and in highest possible contempt for the outright laziness and disregard they give the job.

boarded up houses

this is another instance of lazy people not doing their jobs. it is their job to recheck the property for inhabitants. maybe if someone sues them and they lose they will pay attention to doing their jobs right.

Man boarded in vacant House.

Sheesh again the government worker statement (Thats not my job) comes into view. God forbid that they even yell inside to make sure the place is vacant. No excuse for that kind of ignorance. There are many people out there that would love to have that job and do it more efficiently. Imagine is a child had crawled into the house and fallen asleep. Fire the company that boarded the home up for the sake of safety for all.
