The First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit and Your Down Payment

$8000 First Time Buyer Tax Credit

It has been 11 weeks and nothing!!!!! No letter and no check, this is not good! Does anyone have a number as to whom to contact? Please submit any information regarding this asap!!! I should have heard something by now. This Thursday will be exactly 12 weeks September 3,2009 has anyone received their refund after 12 weeks?

I am trying to buy a home in Indiana and need to who or what organization to contact to receive the tax before buying. And what is the interest is? Who the lenders are? What the conditions are with receiving the credit?
