Looks like a couple AIG executives had some unexpected visitors over the weekend:

From The Associated Press:

A busload of activists representing working- and middle-class families paid visits Saturday to the lavish homes of American International Group executives to protest the tens of millions of dollars in bonuses awarded by the struggling insurance company after it received a massive federal bailout.

About 40 protesters sought to urge AIG executives who received a portion of the $165 million in bonuses to do more to help families.

"We think $165 million could be used in a more appropriate way to keep people in their homes, create more jobs and health care," said Emeline Bravo-Blackport, a gardener.

AIG BONUSES OR GOVERNMENT COVERUP, IGNORANT PEOPLE LEAVE AIG ALONE

ITS SHAME THAT AIG CAME TO THIS.. BUT ALSO MORE SHAMEFUL HOW STUPID AMERICANS ARE TAKING IT OUT ON THE COMPANY.. THE BONUSES WERE INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL BAILOUT THAT CONGRESS PASSED (FYI) . I DONT GET HOW CONGRESS WHO VOTED ON IT, PASSED IT, SIGNED IT. AND OBAMA ALSO KNEW ,PASSED IT ORIGINALLY. THEN WHY ARE THEY BLAMING THE COMPANY ?? WHY ARE THERE SO MANY STUPID AMERICANS WHO DONT KNOW THE FULL STORY?? IF CONGRESS DIDNT LIKE THE BONUSES WHY DID THEY PASS IT? IF THE OBAMA DIDNT LIKE IT , THEN WHY DID HE PASS IT?? WHY AIG THE SCAPEGOAT, WHEN CONGRESS , SEN. DODD AND OTHERS VOTED FOR IT??

I DONT LIKE ANY BAILOUTS, WAS AGAINST IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, I DONT LIKE HOW THIS WHOLE THING IS BEING RUN. WHILE CONGRESS IS MAKING LAWS AND THROWING HAIL MARYS, MAKE UP S**T AS THEY GO ALONG. BUT TO BLAME AND PICK ON ONE COMPANY IS WRONG. THE CEO OF AIG , LIDDY , WHY WAS HE GRILLED AND SHOUTED AT BY THE SENATE HEARINGS?? THE SENATE ORIGINALLY ASKED LIDDY TO HEAD AIG ONLY FEW MONTHS AGO, AFTER THE COLLAPSE. SO HE IS NOT AT FAULT, NOR HE IS AT FAULT FOR THE SENATE THAT ORIGINALLY APPROVED THE BONUSES.. GET IT NOW PEOPLE??
