'Motivated Sales': A Bigger Piece of the Home Sales Pie

Semantics rule

"Motivated" is a polite word for somebody who really, really, really needs to get it sold. And those persons probably are in a state of crisis, for which we should feel sorry for them.

But the number of "motivated" sellers is going to grow, and nobody OUGHT to be paying any price now that is not "motivated." If you do as a buyer, you may become the next "motivated" seller yourself, for having paid too much.
