They need to be glorified to represent america's power as a nation. If a nation cannot A: Protect and B: Glorify their leaders with riches and military prowess there is no power.

Adjustable rate mortgage

I'm sure the obamas could qualify for a nice adjustable rate mortgage on that property. Then they could refinance in 5 years before the rates adjust. Maybe even flip it for a big profit! Everybody's doing that now. They would be suckers not to take advantage... oh, wait...
