I would like to see definitive metrics on:

1. % of Prime rate ARM failures

2. % of Subprime ARM failures

and

3. % of Prime Fixed Rate failures

4. % of Subprime Fixed Rate failures

Additionally, what were the average interest rate and loan balances for each of the 4 categories.
