In Top College Football Towns, Buy or Rent?

An interesting study would be to look at the major colleges in each state. Aside from football colleges, shouldn't there be a study for those interested in education, who have to pay for rent or would consider buying.

While many have been hit hard by the downturn, some are taking advantage of the many opportunities in the real estate rental market. Furnished rentals for corporate relocation are a viable alternative to a standard rental if there is a demand. Sites such as www.TDYHouse.com are a prime example.
