Fed helps banks. Banks dont help stuggling home owners

The fed is helping the banks on only "hope," they help the home owners. The banks have recovered the loss they have gone through. The banks don't need or want to help the home owners restructure the home loans to a true restructure. If the fed doesn't set "rules of engagement," on the federal bail out to also pass the bail out to the home owner restructure. This bail out for the banks will only be that a bail out for the banks. The loss of the middle working class.
