The bailout

Don't blame the republicans on this. More voted against than for. It was the democraps that overwhelmingly voted in favor of the bailout.

Heads Should Be Rolling!!!

Where are the resignations, excuses, apologies, reasons, mea culpas, solutions, etc...??? We are deluged with a constant stream of dire news yet the same idiots are still calling the shots and saying it will get worse!!! At some point in time our nation must DEMAND somebody's butt because things this massive are not accidents and not honest mistakes, this financial collapse was a planned calculated and orchestrated effort to defraud our nation. We may as well start from the top and kick butt till we hit dirt. Just as our nation has witnessed the moving vans of our citizens uprooted by these horrendous economic upheavals we should also be witnessing the moving vans down Wall Street, CEO mansions, Washington, the north east corridor, etc... We haven't even had anyone state that the peretrators of these crimes will be brought to justice leading to the only conclusion that the people who will be investigating will be those who committed the crimes. So when can we start???

Financial Bailout

I cannot believe my senators and Representatives voted for lthis pork filled pile of junk bill without giving it time to consider all the consequences. I would need more time to decide if I wanted to change my hair color. I dont know how I would have voted on the barebones bailout but I know for sure I would have voted NO on any and all pork. If the pork cant stand on its own then kit should not become law. For the basic bill I would have to consider how it affected inflation, jobs, housing markets, retirement funds, my kids future other countrys etc., etc.. I will NOT vote for antone who voted yea for the bill!!

An Analysis of the Need for a Government Financial Bailout and Those in Desperation

I cannot understand why there was the magnitude panic of phone calls, faxes, and emails from American Citizens to the President, United States Senators, and Congressman. Those who did this action just do not get the immediate crisis of need for the government financial bailout. There was an urgent need to further stop other Wall Street companies from failing. Other businesses being overlooked in the disaster did require a rescue from insolvency.

President Bush, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Mitch McConnell, John Boerner, Barack Obama, and John McCain, as well as Democratic and Republican party bigwigs explained the calamity in depth without the tedious need for open public hearings and discussions. Unfortunately, the American citizenry did not listen or understand why there was this rush. Contributions and the need to provide fuel to those who govern our nation were on the verge of extinction.

Billions of Dollars in Campaign Cash had already been lost in the current and future needs for our elected Washington leaders. This was exemplified by the failures of Wachovia, AIG, Bear Stearns, Fannie Mae, and Freddy Mac, Washington Mutual and others on the brink of going down. This would cut down on the number in the pool of those with dollars to spend for our elected leaders personal so called campaign accounts and needs. The Washington elected leaders had to act quickly and decisively before the well ran dry and most would be left out.

There was another segment of the economy that has been overlooked that was approaching a similar disaster and in need of rescue. The average American Citizen did not realize or show any compassion as not being in Washington. It should be reported these business and industries have been also rescued and should be recognized.

They include the companies that provide private jet planes that will again be available for personal use to those doing business or seeking influence from our elected leaders. There are many resorts, hotels, and golf courses that the influence peddlers do provide free of charge to our elected officials. Those expensive Washington caterers and restaurants hired for fund raisers have been saved. Those tuxedo rental, florists, and expensive clothing tailors will continue to provide their wares for the elected officials and influence people for all those lavish Washington parties and dinners.

Those right wing conservative and left wing talk show people and agitators such as Lou Dobbs and Ralph Nader should stop trying to incite the American Citizenry into action against any Wall Street Bailout or Washington Industries serving our elected officials, and mocking deep pocket lobbyist campaign contribution providers.

The American Economy and Standard of Living for the current America Citizenry and future generations is spiraling downward and will continue. Our Washington elected leaders have instituted this vision by their actions. Citizens are expected to support those results and expected to do more with less. Less healthcare, less financial security, less affordable food purchases and eating, less automobile use, less utility use, less home heating, less affordable educational prospects, and a lesser standard of living.

Our elected Washington Leaders are to be congratulated not only by the praise they constantly give themselves for their actions; they should also receive tribute from all American Citizens for the real Bailout they have accomplished for themselves personally and their allies future.

Bailout

700 billion bailout

approximately 50% to foreign Banks

150 billion to democratic congress,

with the lowest approval rating in history of the USA.

150 billion for President Bush to use as he see's fit,

with one of the lowest approval ratings of any President.

The balance to incompetent Henry Paulson U.S. Treasury Secretary,

who is at fault with a lot of this blame on his shoulders, along with

Rep. Democrat Barney Frank Chairman of the House Financial

Services Committee.

House Speaker Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi Speaker of the U.S. House

She said this is a necessary evil.

NECESSARY IN ORDER TO RIPOFF THE TAXPAYER

The bailout

Here's an idea, lets all read thru this new bailout law that all our Representatives voted in, and our President signed. Get a highlighter and highlight the policies that has nothing to do with the bailout/problem and see what we come up with. Then find out who decided to insert these ideas/policies and let the people/AMERICANS know so we can get them out of office.

See here's the deal. The folks we vote in are supposed to work for us, AMERICANS. There not doing there job. These problems have been around for decades, we as AMERICANS have turned our heads untill now we have to look at the problem, from the bailout and all the crap, if you will, that goes with it, to special intrest and on and on and on. But the same people we want to solve our problems are the same people who are causing the problem or at the least, turning there heads the other way.

If there is something stupid in this bailout plan, I'm not talking about language or this might be a better idea to work or solve a problem, but something really, I'm going to say silly. To me that would be insulting and demoralizing to us, AMERICANS, and that person/persons should be fired.

Were not bound by bureaucracy, we as AMERICANS have to do our jobs and stand up and speak and vote.
