'Extreme Makeover' Home in Foreclosure

Back to blog

So sad about the house especially for their kids!

I'm sorry I cannot even give them an excuse for losing their house. It should have been made a homestead and they should have gotten financial advice from a number of people before they even tried to establish a business. They had nothing and were given so much they should have been a little more appreciative and used their money more wisely...put it in a trust fund and went to SCHOOL...instead of being a FOOL! NO EXCUSE. I am black too so think that I am not, I say this because many people think because you are black and poor you are ignorant this is not the case, it just seems the best opportunities are given to the feeble minded who obviously had no friends or people who truly cared about them and their finances. I really feel sorry for the kids though, their parents messed up a golden opportunity for them to grow up in a very nice environment and hopefully some property they or their children could have later in life. SO SAD!!! Damn...can someone give me a break?! If you only knew how hard some of work to come up and are still working but just don't have any help... When I do get to where I need to be though rest assure I will still help other people physically and mentally? You cannot give an idiot a million dollars and expect them to spend it wisely there are sharks lurking everywhere and yes chase bank is one of them they knew exactly what they were doing!

Harper Family of Extreme Makeover

That is typical for people like that, who probably had the means to get another house before EM-Home Edition came. That is a prime example of being GREEDY! They had all of the resources to take care of the home and the home was paid for. If they couldn't afford to get another house for the sake of their children's health, but could afford to take out a loan on the home that was free and given to them, why couldn't they use their own money to start a business? That is exactly what they deserve for being greedy!
